1. Right of withdrawal for physical products (which are not pre-made, manufactured, or digital)
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract using the withdrawal form below.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient if you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
2. Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:
1. About the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
2. When purchasing digital products, after checking the box "I expressly agree, the seller may start performing the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period. I understand that with my consent, I lose my right of withdrawal as soon as the performance of the contract has begun." at the checkout or have already started the download.
3. Consequences of revocation
After submitting the withdrawal form, please wait until we confirm your withdrawal by e-mail. You will then receive a printable return slip to enclose with your package containing the items to be returned.
You then have 14 days to return the goods to us. The deadline is met if the return shipment has been demonstrably sent to us within this period. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Once we have received the goods, we will refund the order costs, including delivery costs (except for any additional charges resulting from your choosing a delivery option other than our cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you.
Please note that we may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back.
4. Complaints about transport damage
The following applies to consumers:
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or to contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular for your warranty rights. In this way, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
The following applies to entrepreneurs:
The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration shall pass to you as soon as we have delivered the item to the forwarder or other person or institution designated to carry out the shipment. Merchants are subject to the obligation to inspect and report complaints regulated in Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB). If you fail to make the notification required therein, the goods shall be deemed to have been approved, unless the defect was not recognizable during the investigation. This does not apply if we have fraudulently concealed a defect.
5. Warranty
1. We are responsible for defects within the framework of the legal provisions, according to § 434 BGB and following.
2. In the case of contracts with consumers, the warranty period is 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods. For entrepreneurs, the warranty period is limited to one year from the transfer of risk.
3. Warranty for digital products or products with digital content: If a defect has become apparent within the limitation period, the limitation period occurs at the earliest two months after the time when the defect first became apparent.
4. For purchases of digital content or goods, you will be provided with regular updates from the manufacturer or us. Failure to install updates that affect the safety and functionality of the goods will limit your warranty rights in this regard.
